Robyn Hase L/ATC, PMA-CPT
Bodyworks Pilates is a private studio that offers classical Pilates, privates and duets. My background over the past twenty years in sports medicine and health is an indication of my passion for helping recreational and professional athletes reach their greatest potential by guiding them on their path to recovery and/or wellness. Over the years, I found that traditional rehabilitation was missing two crucial pieces of the healing puzzle: mindfulness and breathing. My practice strives to bring all of these components together. That is why I now I address movement patterns to help combine traditional and alternative therapies so you can heal and move your best.
I’ve always had a passion for sport and exercise and feel like I’ve been blessed to be able to put the two together in my career. I grew up in Green Bay, Wisconsin (yes a Packer fan) and moved to Utah in 1996. I continue to put all of this love for nature, exercise and sport in my daily life as well as share it with my family.
Robyn presently is the Pilates provider for United States Ski and Snowboard athletes. She began her Utah career with Intermountin Healthcare and the TOSH facilities. While with TOSH she served as an outreach athletic trainer, physician extender, sports medicine facilitator, and clinical rehabilitation provider. For the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, Robyn was the medical supervisor for Park City Mountain Resort. She also provided sports medicine services for the US Figure Skating nationals, local freestyle ski events and traveled with US Snowboarding from 1996-2000. Prior to her Utah career, Robyn was with the Medical College of Wisconsin Sports Medicine clinic working with the Milwaukee Ballet Company and in outpatient orthopedics.

Mikaela WilsonHi I’m Mikaela! I am originally from Frisco, Colorado, and I recently retired from competitive skiing after a 9 year career as a member of the US Ski Team. I competed on the World Cup tour in moguls and dual moguls. My career highlights include one World Cup victory and a National Championship title. As a professional athlete, Pilates was essential in helping me maintain balance, strength, and symmetry in my body. I was so inspired by the changes I felt myself, that I am pursuing a comprehensive Pilates instructing certification through Balanced Body. I am also a part-time coach for a local ski program, the Wasatch Freestyle Foundation, and a full-time student at the University of Utah. I am working towards a major in Kinesiology with minors in Nutrition and Psychology. I am very interested in overall health and wellness, and am excited to share my passion for movement through Pilates.
