Bodyworks Pilates started in 2007 offering individual and group classes to clients in the Park City area after my first introduction to the reformer. As someone who is a two level disc herniation with scoliosis, Pilates was the perfect fit for a lifetime of being strong and pain free. Pilates is a movement system designed to lengthen the spine, develop strength, enhance your mind/body connection and improve your posture. Joseph Pilates, who developed the Pilates method, was one of a kind with intelligent movement and the study of contrology. The following is a list of all that Pilates has to offer:
